PROGRAM BENEFITS
We all know the importance of technique in BJJ, but the body needs to be well conditioned to perform it optimally.
The TWISTED Strength & Conditioning Program aims to boost our absolute strength, which will improve our explosiveness and endurance in sparring, as well as reduce our risk of injuries.
TWISTED S&C is not a classical fitness program. It rather focuses on functional movements that enhance our condition during and post-BJJ training. The program’s main benefits are:
- Increased strength during key movements
- Improved explosiveness in positional transitions
- Endurance in sparring

- Designed by active BJJ practitioners and coaches
- Small groups and ample personal attention
Classes are available at our two locations and are suitable for both Twisted active members (adults and kids 9+ years), as well as our extended community of parents and guests.

Goal-based Training
Our coaches will design a training plan tailored to your goals and will support and motivate you along the way. They will track your progress and update the plan accordingly, bringing you closer to your desired results with each training. The 30-min Q&A session included in your package will guarantee progress analysis, recommendations for specific growth steps, and answers to all your questions.

The program starts with an initial private consultation aimed at mapping the individual’s motivation, goals and preferences that will guide the training plan’s design.
